REMedial massage
Remedial massage uses several specialised techniques to help the body repair damage to muscles, tendons and joints. The key benefit of massage is to increase blood flow to assist tissue healing and repair as well as assist the removal of toxins from affected tissues. This can also help to decrease pain and sensitivity as well as easing tension around the joints and allowing for better joint range of motion.
Our clinic offers a range of different massage styles including sports, relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point release and lymphatic drainage. Massage can be of benefit during pregnancy, soreness from sport and exercise, as well as muscular pain as a result of work, travel, back pain, headaches and arthritis.
Accreditation - All of our staff are fully qualified and registered Remedial Massage Therapists and are members of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
